Shipping Options

UK Delivery:

Standard (3 – 5 days) – £4.00

•  Orders over £59 will receive FREE UK Standard Delivery.
•  Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday.
•  Most orders will be received within 2 – 5 working days after the order has been authorised.

If the total cost of your order is over £59 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

If you wish to return or exchange your order please go to our returns and refunds section.

International delivery:

• Order Total: £0 – £99 Delivery Cost EU: £13.80; Delivery Cost USA: £26.20
• Order Total: £99+ Delivery cost: FREE

Due to Brexit, all EU customers are now required to pay Customs Tax and/or Import Fees. Unfortunately, Polish’d London cannot be held responsible for this charge, the delivery costs you pay only cover what we pay to send the parcel out. If you refuse your parcel due to import fees/VAT we will deduct this and the delivery charges from your refund as it will be billed to us.

Important Information

Before we can dispatch your order, we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email, your order has been authorised.
